Just a quick post.. i haven been blogging since ages.. so lazzzzy laaaa..
But today's post is special..!

Last Saturday, it is my dad's bday!! Happy birthday pa! You are officially 55 yrs old!
We celebrated with his side of relative including his lovely ma, my AH MA!
One thing was that they love the LEI CHA my mum cooks!
They always crave for it like hell.. they say there ain't better Lei Cha outside!
Every new year or my parents off day, they would ask whether we are cooking not!

FYI: Lei Cha is a extremely healthy cusine, it consist purely vegetables, all sorts! Like cabbage, the long beans, beancurd, the "money" vegetable and many more!

Furthermore the broth is extremely effective towards cold, headaches, stomach upset, nausea and heaty syptoms!

Especially, when my mum cooks it without those small shrimps and garlic and stuff, it is most delicious and suitable for all occassion! YUM! =)

Oh and, the broth is known to be good for liquid diet or fat reduction!
hmm hmm.. tempted to eat?! =P
